The instructional video on the website is really helpful so I just watched that and followed the directions on the included direction guide. The high arms and back close everything in, and their flat surface is convenient for a place to put the remote, a book, or your phone while relaxing. The olive green velvet is very rich and luxurious. i had a little trouble putting the sectional together but overall the couch is super cozy and comfortable. It is the centerpiece of my living room! I've had time to live with my sofa and I could not be happier. It took 2 seconds to put together and is so deep and comfortable. One thing to note, they explicitly say on the website that they do not schedule deliveries, however, they have a 3rd party furniture delivery company they work with for the big stuff, which they neglect to mention, who does schedule. These chairs are HUGE so make sure you check out the dimensions! The customer service has been great with quick responses to my questions prior to purchase. Sending someone something that they did not order and then never communicate about the changes in fabric color or dimensions is NOT RIGHT! But I set it up yesterday and it's not nearly as easy as they say it is. The color and fabric are wonderful! Worth every penny. I bought it beginning of November but did not received until the 15th of December (SAid delivery within 7 days!) My furniture delivery was ready to be scheduled several weeks early, but I didn't know until I sent an email to Albany asking if they actually do 3rd party delivery, to which they did reply 'yes'.
